超喜欢吃muffin,自己做了一份真的超美味~附带一下配料和做法,是我直接从我学的地方复制过来的~
Ingredients:
450g self – raising flour
225g caster sugar
225g unsalted butter
1 teaspoon baking power
225 milk
2 medium- sized eggs, beaten
200g blueberrys ( you can also use 200g raspberries or 1 pear trimmed and diced)
Preheat the oven to 180°C and have 15 muffins tins ready. Mix the flour, caster sugar and baking powder together in a large bowl and make a well in the centre. Heat the milk and butter together until the butter melts. Allow to cool, then add to the dry mixture with the eggs.
烤16-20分钟就好,如果觉得muffin里面还不够酥软可以再烤两分钟~
