Hi Ms Danica, how are you doing today?
【牙疼】Not so well. I have a toothache for 3 days.
【裂缝】My tooth cracked here.
【蛀牙】I have a big cavity here.
【肿】My face is swollen.
【智齿】My tooth hurts and I think it’s my wisdom teeth.
【敏感】My teeth are sensitive to cold and hot.
【牙龈出血】When I brush my teeth, my gum bleeds.
【牙垢牙结石】I think I need a check up and cleaning. There’s a lot of tartar and plaque on my teeth.
【牙黄】My teeth are getting yellow. I would like a teeth whitening.
【松动】My front tooth is wiggling. My canine is also a little loose.

:请问一下，我去洗牙的时候医生说我有颗牙齿cavity很严重，要做crown（并没有漏神经我也不觉得疼），而且还要做core build-up，这是正常的嘛？会不会是over treatment？感谢！
:不会，蛀牙面积过大或者牙齿有裂缝是非常常见的需要做crown的原因，不仅仅是根管治疗才需要做crown。
回复 @槑槑大王:蛀牙面积大当然需要把蛀牙先挖掉，填充好再做外面一层牙冠，这就是core build up。
