因為有輕微的腰椎突出,所以經常會腰疼.回國的時候能經常去做些推拿就舒服些,可是在國外真心沒法經常去按摩.暑假回來後,發現男票已經把這個按摩儀買好放我家裡.在這裡先給男票一個大大的贊.按摩起來其實還真的能舒緩一些腰部的不適,再配合國內帶過來的艾條熱敷,效果不錯.

買的這個M7一共有六個頭,可以按摩全身不同的部位.

☘蘑菇頭,這個就是一直突突突的捶打.手柄上有個按鈕,可以向左向右扭動調節力度.這個說是入門stick,第一次用這個按摩儀的推薦先用這個stick來適應各種力度.

☘甜甜圈頭,也是突突突,不過甜甜圈上有很多凸起的粒粒,所以按摩起來力度會比蘑菇頭更給力些.晚上躺床上看電視的時候最愛用蘑菇頭和甜甜圈來按摩腿部,可以feel到那些肉肉都在震震震,覺得可以幫助減肥消水腫.

☘子彈頭,這個就是針對某個特定位置的突突突,有些地方特別痛我就用這個.有時候會特地去看看穴位圖,然後就去按摩那個學位.例如按摩腳底的湧泉穴,或者幫助瘦腿的足三里.

☘頭部按摩,也是突突突,不過因為膠體比較軟,也不會打到頭痛.這個我只用比較輕的力度,慢慢移動按摩.不過其實相對其他的,這個我比較少用.不怎麼需要這一塊的按摩.

☘臉部按摩,這個按摩頭是插在手柄這一頭硅膠的頂上的,力度就會輕很多.我一般都是讓它就停留在臉上的一個位置,輕微的震動,希望可以消水腫啦.

身體

☘身體馬殺雞,把按摩油滴在這塊平滑的大餅或者把按摩油先抹在身上也行,然後就開始按摩啦.這個力度相對蘑菇頭和甜甜圈要小很多,可是震動頻率不低,背部按摩很舒服.

???這玩意真心贊!按摩的確是很舒服的.我愛它把肉肉震得duang duang duang,感覺duang完水腫消了不少.?

續航能力也不錯,充一次電可以用好久.

?唯一缺點就是手柄自重有點重,總是要提著的話,久了手還是有點酸.有兩個人在家輪流幫對方按摩就最好了.
