饼干面团(cookie dough):

2茶匙肉桂粉 (2 tsp grounded cinnamon)

226克黄油 (1 cup of butter)

2茶匙纯香草精 (2 tsp vanilla extract)

226克糖 (1 cup butter)

43克红糖 (1/3 cup brown sugar)

2个鸡蛋 (2 eggs)

384克面粉(3 cups flour)

2茶匙酒石奶油 (cream of tartar) 

2茶匙小苏打(2 tsp baking soda)

1/2茶匙盐 (1/2 tsp salt)

肉桂糖混合(cinnamon sugar blend):

53克糖 (1/4 cup sugar)

15克肉桂 (1 tbsp cinnamon)

在一个小碗里,混合肉桂糖混合成分,直到均匀混合。备用。 (In a small bowl, mix together the ingredients for the cinnamon sugar mix until evenly incorporated. Set aside.)

烤箱预热至375°F(190℃)。(Preheat the oven to 375°F (190℃).

用手把面团揉成乒乓球大小的球。(Using your hands roll dough into ping pong sized balls.)

 

将面团浸入肉桂糖混合物中,然后滚动,将面团完全覆盖。 (Dip the dough into cinnamon sugar mixture and roll around covering the dough ball completely.)

将甜面饼放在烤盘上烘烤10-12分钟。 (Place cookie dough on baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes.)
